Rental proof

What happened to the rental companies we built for?

Luvory rents luxury restroom trailers for events; between April and September 2026 its monthly Google impressions grew from 1,431 to 12,542 and clicks from 50 to 235. Vexon rents mobile office trailers to builders; its site launched in October 2026 with 97 to 99 mobile performance and a WhatsApp quote at the end of every section.

The problem

Why do rental companies lose quote requests online?

Rental companies usually lose quote requests in six places: no page per unit, “call for pricing”, a two-field contact form, no clear delivery area, a slow site on a phone and few recent reviews. Each one sends the renter to a competitor that answers the question first, often while they are standing at the venue or job site.

Where quote requests leakWhat the renter doesThe fix
No unit pagesCan’t tell if your trailer fits 150 guests, leavesOne page per unit: photos, capacity, size, power and water needs, price “from”
“Call for pricing”Calls the competitor who shows a rangePrices “from” and what changes the price
Contact form with 2 fieldsYou call back to ask dates, units, addressA quote form that asks event date, units, delivery address and guests
No delivery-area answerWonders if you deliver to themA clear service area with drive times and delivery fees
Slow site on a phoneLeaves before it loads (often on a job site or at a venue)Hand-coded pages under 1 second
Few or old reviewsPicks the business with recent onesA review routine after every rental that follows Google’s rules

What to build

What should a rental company website include?

A rental company website should have a page per unit with photos, capacity and a price “from”, a quote form that asks for dates, units and delivery address, seasonal pages, a clear service-area page and a FAQ with prices, setup and cleaning. The same details go on the Google Business Profile, where Maps and AI Mode read them.

Dizayn works with luxury restroom trailer and portable toilet companies, mobile office and storage trailer rentals, event and party rentals, and equipment and dumpster rentals across the United States. Each type has its own searches and its own questions, so each gets its own unit pages rather than a generic template.

FAQ

Questions rental owners ask

Cost of a rental company website, online booking and availability, city pages, which rental types we work with and how to handle a short busy season. If your question isn’t here, ask it in the form below and the answer comes with your analysis.

How much does a website for a rental company cost?

$540 for the Starter Site, or $1,200 for the Complete Site with two languages, full SEO and a lead tracker. A quote builder by date and location is quoted in writing first. The Complete monthly plan is $450.

Can customers see availability or book online?

We can connect your booking or rental software if it has an API or embeddable calendar. Most rental companies we talk to prefer a quote form that asks for dates, units and the delivery address, because availability depends on delivery routes.

Should I make a page for every city I deliver to?

Only where you have something real to say about that area: delivery times, events you’ve served, local rules. Google’s March 2026 core update hit sites with template city pages. One honest service-area page beats twenty copies.

Do you work with portable toilet and dumpster companies, not only luxury trailers?

Yes. The same work applies to standard portable toilets, dumpsters, storage containers, office trailers, tents and party equipment: unit pages, a quote form that asks the right questions, Google Business Profile and reviews.

How long does a rental company website take?

Three to six weeks from the kickoff call to launch. A site with a few unit types and a quote form is usually live in 3 weeks; a full catalog with spec pages, a quote builder and two languages takes closer to 6. SEO shows first moves in 4 to 8 weeks.

What if quote requests don’t go up?

On monthly SEO or AI-search plans, if quote requests (forms, calls and texts tracked on your site) aren’t higher at day 90 than in the 30 days before we started, month four is free and we keep working.

Who is this not a fit for?

Rental companies that need a site this week or only want a drag-and-drop template. We work best when one rental is worth $500 or more, so a few extra quote requests a month pay for the work.

What if my busy season is only a few months?

Then timing matters. Seasonal pages (wedding season, festivals, construction season) go live six to eight weeks before the season, so they are indexed when people start searching.
